Pizza grilled cheese. That’s something I never really thought I would make a post about, yet here we are. I know it sounds really strange. But it’s currently my 2 year olds favorite thing. She’s not much of a ‘sandwich’ person, but she loves this. Today she helped me make some for lunch and she loved it. I have to admit, they’re SO not good for you, but they taste pretty darn good to be so simple.
Pizza Grilled Cheese
Marinara for dipping (optional)
Take 2 slices of bread ( I like the Arnold Italian bread) and cover both sides with a thin layer of margarine
Place one piece of bread on a pre heated pan on low-medium heat
Put a layer of pepperoni down on the bread and let it heat for 30 seconds
Put a layer of mozzarella on top of the pepperoni and let it heat for another 30 seconds
Put the top piece of bread on and heat for 20 seconds, then flip
Let the other side heat for 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden brown and it’s ready to eat!
